However, unlike in England, solicitors can also act as estate agents and it is common to see a property section in the offices of a solicitor. Of course, you are not limited to the high street either, you may find virtual, or online, estate agents as well.
Estate agents, be they a specialised firm or solicitors, will provide you with wealth of information to help you make the right decision. They should have a good selection of properties that meet your criteria and the information supplied will be free.
